Proof of reserves

Reserve, supply, custody, usage, and settlement records from the gateway and Robinhood Chain.

[ zero custom code ]

Verified contract source

The USDF token is the stock OpenZeppelin ERC20Wrapper with a constructor and nothing else. Sourcify reports an exact match for both creation and runtime bytecode.

contract FoundryComputeDollar is ERC20Wrapper {
    constructor(IERC20 usdg, string memory name_, string memory symbol_)
        ERC20(name_, symbol_)
        ERC20Wrapper(usdg)
    {}
}

Reserve rewards

100% of the Paxos reserve rewards on the USDG backing USDF go to USDF holders. Foundry keeps none of it. The 50/30/10/10 split applies only to network revenue (compute, launchpad fees, tools and services, lending), never to reserve rewards.

The fixed splits are explained in Fees.

[ facts ]

Backed 1:1 by USDG held in the token contract.

Redeemable 1:1 at any time. Foundry cannot pause redemption.

The reserve is verifiable onchain every block.

Zero custom contract code: the token is the stock OpenZeppelin wrapper.

Zero fees in or out. Every model at list price.

Holding USDF earns weekly. No staking, no lock.

Agents pay with no account.

Every receipt ties to an onchain settlement.

Redemption depends on USDG transfers succeeding: USDG is issued by a regulated issuer that retains pause and freeze powers over its own token.
